Q. What are your return policies and cancel policies? Return Policy: We will repair or replace (depending
on the individual situation) any defective products within 30 days from shipping.
Please email your situation before shipping a defective product back to us.
All body jewelry shipped from us is mailed in a heat sealed, zip lock bag.
Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted only if the heat seal is in
tact. Please email us about the request prior to mailing the return.
Due to health reasons, we can not accept returned body jewelry if the heat
seal has been opened. This is the only way that we can guarantee that everyone
will receive new & unused body jewelry. Thank You for your understanding
Canceled Orders: Due to the high cost from credit card processing
companies and the cost of postage, there will be a 10% restocking fee for canceled
orders. Please be sure that you want the jewelry before completing the order,
as the credit card company does not reimburse their service charges.
Q. Do I get to pick my starter jewelry when getting pierced in your
store?
A. No. We will start you with a hoop because starting with a barbell carries
a higher infection rate. Also, the jewelry we will start you with is pre-packaged,
sterilized, and one time use which is always in your favor.
Q. How long before I can change my jewelry?
A. Generally 6-8 weeks depending on the piercing. Tongues have a healing time
of only 11/2 weeks. Keep in mind that while 6-8 weeks is how long you must wait
to change your jewelry for the first time you piercing really isn't totally
healed for about six months.
Q. How much do piercing's cost?
A. Prices vary depending on the piercing. Please refer to price list for specific
costs. Keep in mind, all piercing's include starter jewelry, after care kit,
and instructions on how to care for your piercing. Click

Q. Why does my nose piercing have to start with a hoop?
A. 5 out of 10 people who are pierced with a stud/screw either have a bump grow
on their nose or the skin grows right over the top of the screw/stud. Also,
there is no possible way to clean it properly without having a hoop in.
